How to Create and Use a GLL Request for Proposal (RFP)
Step 1: Create a Personal User Profile
Step 2: Access Your User DashboardEach registered user has a personal dashboard, accessible via computer or mobile device.
Step 3: Define Your Global Practice NeedsThe RFP system allows you to identify precise expertise by jurisdiction and cost. You may search by: Country, State / Province or Specific firm name. You may also select: Law Firms, Accounting Firms, Consultants, Alternative Legal Service Providers (ALSPs). This enables sourcing for: Cross-border matters, Specialized regulatory or transactional work, Cost-sensitive or alternative delivery models. Step 4: Confidentiality and NDA Protection
Step 5: Submit the RFP FormOnce the jurisdiction and service type are selected:
An automated email is sent to network member firms located in the selected country or state. Step 6: Receive and Compare ProposalsAfter submission: Qualified firms submit responses through their Service Provider Dashboard. Responses are delivered directly to your User Dashboard. All proposals are presented in a consistent, comparable format. Service Provider Dashboard: Each participating law firm, consultant, or ALSP has its own dashboard to: Receive RFPs, Submit structured responses, Track referrals and outcomes.
