This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Date] May 17, 2026, by and between [Law Firm Name] Smith, Smith and Smith, with a principal place of business at [Law Firm Address] 12, Sample Address, City, Country - 12345 ("Law Firm"), and an anonymous client ("Client"), whose identity shall remain undisclosed except as voluntarily provided through the platform.

1. Definition of Confidential Information

"Confidential Information" means any data or information, oral or written, disclosed by the Client to the Law Firm or to any authorized responder on behalf of the Law Firm that is not generally known to the public and is marked or designated as confidential, or that should reasonably be understood to be confidential given the nature of the information and the circumstances of disclosure.

2. Obligations of the Law Firm and Delegated Responders

(a) The Law Firm shall hold and maintain the Confidential Information in strict confidence, using at least the same degree of care it uses to protect its own confidential information.

(b) The Law Firm may delegate responses to a qualified attorney or representative within the firm ("Responder"), who may not be the individual initially receiving notice of the inquiry.

(c) Any such Responder must, before responding:

• Create a Responder Profile within the platform’s dashboard, which will be visible to the Client;
• Agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

(d) The Law Firm is responsible for ensuring that any delegated Responder complies with all obligations herein.

3. Exclusions from Confidential Information

Confidential Information does not include information that:

• Is or becomes publicly known through no wrongful act of the Law Firm or its Responders;
• Is received from a third party without a duty of confidentiality;
• Is independently developed by the Law Firm or Responder without reference to the Client’s Confidential Information.

4. Term

This Agreement shall remain in effect for a period of [X] 10 years from the date of disclosure of any Confidential Information unless otherwise agreed in writing.
